Tools & Analysis
Expression Analysis
Several analysis tools can be applied to microarray data in TBDB (hierarchical clustering, Self-Organizing Maps, Singular Value Decomposition, estimation of missing values, etc. The first step is to select a set of microarray data that you want to analyze.
- Basic Expression Search: Interactive search for microarray data.
- Advanced Expression Search: Search for microarray data by organism, experimenter, array designs and more.
- My Repository (sign in required): Analyze microarray data you have saved. Access tools for hierarchical clustering, making Self-Organizing Maps, estimating missing data and more.
Genome Visualization
- Argo: The Argo Genome Browser is the Broad Institute's production tool for visualizing and manually annotating whole genomes.
- Feature Map: provides a visual map of features for a given region.
ComparativeGenome Visualization
- Synteny Map: Displays a synteny map for any genome having chromosomes.
- Dot Plot: Displays a dotplot of a reference genome compared to one or more alternate genomes.
- Operon Browser.
